Ali Mirza

Having started his career in the early 90’s as media planner buyer, Ali moved into account management. Past agency roles include time with Saatchi London, JWT, McCann, and finally Spirit where he was a Board Director. He has worked in International roles spanning 3 continents establishing agencies and finally running his own in 1998. Spirit was an integrated agency that had clients such as Deutsche Bank, P&G, Cantor Index, Hugo Boss to name a few.

His role today is Managing Director, focused on Business Development and Cost Management.

Chris Dougan

Spent several years of his early career in the US. Having gone to Berkeley, he moved into the world of US politics as a campaign organiser and a strategist for Democrats. From here Chris spent some years in the film industry where the love of all things visual bought him back to London to establish VA.

Dominic Crosthwaite

Dom after graduating in Environmental Science, entered the world of management consultancy specialising in the digital landscape. Having converted many blue chip bricks and mortar businesses into the web space he moved to Cantor Fitzgerald (the worlds largest brokerage) to develop an online offering.

Here as a business analyst he created the worlds first spread betting exchange, and over the 7 years he became Managing Director of Cantor Index.

As a director, Dominic provides extensive business support and guidance on client strategy.
